Our Classes

Beginners Weightlifting Class
- A coach led group training session teaching the basics of the snatch and the clean and jerk.
- Two classes a week, each one focussing on the technicalities of one specific lift. Snatch class on Tuesday, Clean and Jerk Thursday.

Powerlifting Classes
Come along and develop your Squat, Bench and Deadlift. Programming is provided to all lifters who attend the sessions. Structured testing sessions to track your own progression and development.
3 sessions a week, open to both men and women of any age or ability. Sessions take place: 6:30pm Tuesdays & Thursdays and Saturdays at 10am

Women's Strength Club
- Two sessions a week with coaching and programming by former British Powerlifting Champion and European medallist, Sabrina Moore.
- Come along and develop your Squat, Bench and Deadlift. Programming is provided to all lifters who attend the sessions.
- Learn how to lift in the gym safely with help from our female strength coaches.

Youth Weightlifting
- Our youth classes cover the fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting, teaching the Snatch and Clean and Jerk as well as strength training and conditioning.
- Children develop their skills at a pace suitable for their age and skill level.
- 5 sessions per week to chose from.
- It is a 75-minute session.

40+ Strength Class

Learn how to exercise safely and develop overall strength and wellness. Learn compound multi joint movements such as the Squat, deadlift and bench press. We have a women’s only sessions and Male only sessions on the timetable.

Mini Lifters / Mini Movers

For kids from the ages of 4 to 9! The sessions are designed to develop all the necessary motor skills required for your child to Olympic Weightlift. This is done through light technique work mixed with a variety of throwing, jumping, pushing sled and general bodyweight work.
