Want to start lifting weights but don’t know where to begin?
We have the following options available to those who are new to lifting:
- Youth Weightlifting Class -Afterschool club - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
- Strength Class (Mixed class) - Evenings and weekends - 7pm Tuesday & Thurs, 10am Sunday
- UP LIFT: Women’s only Strength Class - Evening, daytime and lunchtime classes 7pm Mon/ Wed, 12:30pm Thurs, 10:30am Friday.
- Beginners Olympic Weightlifting Class - Evening class, 6pm Tuesday and Thursday
- Mini Lifters - 10:30am Saturday
- 1:1 Personal Training & Small Group Personal Training
