Want to start lifting weights but don’t know where to begin? 

We have the following options available to those who are new to lifting:  

  • Youth Weightlifting Class -Afterschool club - 4:30pm Monday - Friday 
  • Strength Class (Mixed class) - Evenings and weekends - 7pm Tuesday & Thurs, 10am Sunday
  • UP LIFT: Women’s only Strength Class - Evening, daytime and lunchtime classes 7pm Mon/ Wed, 12:30pm Thurs, 10:30am Friday. 
  • Beginners  Olympic Weightlifting Class - Evening class, 6pm Tuesday and Thursday 
  • Mini Lifters - 10:30am Saturday 
  • 1:1 Personal Training & Small Group Personal Training
